How Does Shipping Work?

At Amazstyle, we understand the excitement of receiving your custom-designed apparel. That’s why we’ve strategically located our production facilities in the United States, the UK, Australia, and Vietnam. This global presence allows us to optimize shipping times to customers around the world. We partner with leading shipping providers, including USPS, UPS, and DHL, to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders.

When will my order process and ship?

Since all our products are custom-made to your specifications, the production process can take anywhere from 3 to 7 days, depending on the complexity of the design. Only after this production period do we ship out your order and provide you with a tracking number. So, if it’s been 3-5 days since you placed your order and you haven’t received a tracking number yet, don’t worry. This is normal. However, if it has been more than 7 days and you still haven’t received your tracking information, please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll promptly assist you.

Why have I not received an order confirmation?

If an order was placed and processed successfully, you should have received an automated order confirmation via e-mail. Please check your Spam/Junk mailbox again if you do not see any email in your inbox.

If you checked your Spam/Junk mailbox and still did not receive the confirmation e-mail, we recommend you to Contact Us so we may investigate this for you.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number on the shipping provider’s website (USPS, UPS, DHL…) to track the progress of your delivery.

My tracking number doesn’t work, what should I do?

If your tracking number is not working, it may be because the shipping carrier’s system hasn’t updated yet or the package was not scanned right away. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update and check again. If after 48 hours you are still experiencing problems, you can contact our support team via email: support@amazstyle.com

The tracking shows my order as being delivered, but I haven’t received it?

We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order.

So we can look into this for you please make sure you’ve done the following.

  • Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check: Mailbox, Porch, Garage, Any area out of potential weather hazards ,Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed
  • Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
  • Check with others in your house that may have accepted it.
  • If you live in an apartment complex, please contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping
  • In rare cases, package may show as ‘delivered’ but could take additional 24 hours.

If you still can’t find your parcel please email us asap with your order information; including order number, email and shipping address and one of our agents will assist you right away.

How Do I Choose the Right Size?

We provide a detailed sizing chart on our product pages to help you find the perfect fit. Please measure yourself as guided and compare your measurements with our chart. If you’re between sizes or need further assistance, feel free to contact our customer service team.

Can I Modify My Order After Placing It?

We understand that you might change your mind or notice a mistake after placing your order. You can modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please send an email to support@amazstyle.com with your order number and the changes you’d like to make. After 24 hours, we typically start the production process, and changes may no longer be feasible.

I received the items that are not as described?

If the item you received arrived doesn’t match the description, you should follow the steps below:

  • Compare the items you received to the description on the product detail page. Please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may slightly different from actual items in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display.
  • If your items are still significantly different compared to the photos or description, please contact our support team by email to support@amazstyle.com
