DMCA INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINT POLICY

Amazstyle provides a platform for users to sell their own merchandise. By using Amazstyle’s services, users agree to all terms. Amazstyle prohibits the sale of merchandise that infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights such as copyright, trademark, trade dress, and right of publicity.

Amazstyle will block and remove any content believed in good faith to infringe on third-party intellectual property rights upon receipt of a compliant notice and may terminate service for repeated infringement.

To report infringement, please email [email protected] with:

Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email.
Your electronic or physical signature.
The URL to the Amazstyle campaign(s) associated with the allegedly infringing merchandise.
Identification of the allegedly infringed rights, including proof of ownership.
A statement confirming your good-faith belief that the material is unauthorized and infringes on your rights.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.

COUNTER-NOTICE POLICY

To dispute an infringement claim, email [email protected] with:

Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email.
Your electronic or physical signature.
The URL to the Amazstyle campaign(s) or Amazstyle campaign number before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
Your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court.
Your consent to accept service of process from the party who submitted the takedown notice or their agent.
Amazstyle may replace removed material or restore access within 10 to 14 business days if no court action is taken.

REPEAT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINT POLICY

Repeated infringement may result in termination of your Amazstyle account. Amazstyle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Terms of Service.
